Picking up the key at a totally different location is most inconvenient. Our room 14 involved a couple set of stairs that weren’t the best for navigating with luggage. The apartment was squeaky clean, but absent any paper towels, napkins, or ice in the refrigerator. The bed and linens were very comfortable. It took a while to figure out how to get the heater working, but eventually it warmed up and was very comfortable. It was stone cold when we walked in.
