Positive: It was nice and cozy, just what we needed as was close to family
Negative: It would be good to have drapes over the windows in the lounge, for privacy but also to keep the heat in (only single glazed windows, would hate to think what the power bill is!). Would be good to have TV and washing machine operating instructions in the information folder (we eventually found them in the bottom draw under the TV, not where we expected them to be). I was traveling with my elderly father, a non slip mat in the shower or similar would also be good.
