Sunrise Over the Harbour — Eastern Princes Wharf

Fantastic Auckland City location! Positive: Fantastic location in Auckland Central, well worth it. You'll see the ferries come in at night (and day) and theres always something going on down below from the Balcony. It cant get noisy if you leave windows open at night, but its double glazed and has air con, so quiet with windows closed. Lost count of how many food and bar places there are in short walking distance away, 20ish, they're all great in their own way. The Hilton is close by if you don't want to walk into the Viaduct bar area. The apartment gets morning sun so a great place to wake up to. We stayed 2 nights, could have stayed a week.

Position is everything. This apartment is very well appointed but not nothing can top its location, if you want to spend Positive: Fantastically located, great views, comfortably furnished, everything you need for a short stay in Auckland.

Great location just needs upgrading more attention to detail Positive: Location and views Negative: Outdoor furniture chairs broken and uncomfortable. Carpet coming apart at sliding door entrance, no chopping board, scissors, platter would be good. Uncomfortable couch for watching tv. Sliding doors on wardrobe and bedroom dont glide feels like your going to break them. Picture in lounge upside down and clock not working. Showers moldy and bathroom floor feels slippery or greasy. Tiles on balcony broken. Run down for price. Needs a few upgrades. Lovely location.

Fantastic pier location with awesome balcony! Positive: Could not ask for a better location and place to stay! I wanted a place that I could go out and explore, come back and relax and then go back out! in the morning, I had breakfast on the balcony and watched all the activity in the harbor. Ferries coming and going, different cruise ships had docked and left, and people going to work. Other times, I ate popcorn on the balcony and watched the activity below! Many great restaurants and shops nearby. Loved it all! Negative: It is always a bit inconvenient to get the keys or store luggage when there isn’t a reception desk. Totally worth the inconvenience. I received communication before arrival telling me where I could store the bags until 3:00 P.M. when I could get in the apartment.
