Well situated but I think the owner to be fair to him must keep a closer eye on the management team for cleanliness and replacing broken items that were in the flat when we rented it.

Overall an excellent venue to stay. Lovely modern apartment with awesome view of the city. Location is just at the border of the CBD but well within walking distance. Transit is excellent and everything is within walking distance.
