Nice, but not as advertised. Unlikely to stay again. Positive: Nice location near waterfront. Good eating options close by. Good car parking. Negative: It was advertised as having a sofa bed, which is why we selected it. There was no sofa bed, so that made our stay kind of difficult.

Overall amazing facilities and easy access to everywhere we wanted to go Positive: Very local and easy access to walk around the cbd, Everything is literally in a short distance Negative: Not used to how close apartments are; opposite apartments can look right into your apartment

Was fine overall but wouldn't stay there again mainly because of the toilet access issue Positive: Location for my work was superb, apartment was tidy and quiet Negative: The toilet has a real access issue and you needed an acrobat to sit down on it!! I had to wash pots, fry pan and some kitchen utensils before using them, I did inform QV of this initially but found as the days went past and I had to use different things I washed them to be on the safe side and didn't bother to inform QV again

Positive: Location

Positive: Cleanliness Negative: Location being like a jig-saw puzzle and the toilet is so small. Can fit only kids I think. We are both small adults and still struggled with that toilet space, not comfortable to do your business in. The booking process was so stressful with endless emails, and even calls after I told them I was arriving into NZ on the day and will be busy. 1, 2 emails is enough but more than that is just too much and stressful. We are adults and we know what to do, don't need 100 reminders emails and booking notifications to be informed. Just 1 email will do.
