Great location, great view, short walk to town and viaduct restaurant area. Superb!
Positive: Stayed previously - location superb and outlook amazing. We loved staying here a second time, likely to come again.
Negative: The bathroom basin and shower drains semi blocked - surprised cleaning didn't pick up on it. We did contact QV and they came during the day and put draino down which we appreciated and it worked. However, it shouldn't have got to that stage. That was all, otherwise great stay.

Negative: Leider ist das Schlafzimmer nicht klimatisiert. Es gibt auch kein Fenster um etwas Luft hereinzulassen. Das hätte ich so nicht erwartet. Schade!

Everything was in great shape. Could not get a better location in the city. Close to everything when walking.

Amazing option for a totally Auckland city experience
Positive: Super close to downtown and such an interesting part of city watching all the boats come and go
Negative: Getting access was hard

Negative: Fan for the bedroom, blinds for loungeroom.
