Lighter Quay Waterfront Living at Its Finest 3 Bed

Very cosy and comfortable , perfect apartment for a family stay. Positive: Very affordable for 3 nights and 4 days. Wished we stayed longer. Loved the showers. Beds very comfortable and had a lot of spare blankets. Short walk to our dinner place and restaurants. GREAT VIEW. And the pool and gym was very useful. perfect accomodation. Negative: There was nothing to not like. Everything was better than we had expected.

Miffed Positive: Location, size. Negative: The $800 NZ Bond - totally wrong that you take this money upfront rather than just take the credit card details and only charge if there is a breakage or cause for an additional charge. It requires an overseas guest to exchange currency into $NZ and then exchange the $800NZ back into their own currency. This requires costs that should not be borne by the customer. If this requirement was explained at the time of booking, I would never have booked this apartment. It is dishonest behaviour .

We had a great stay in Auckland. Wonderful location. Plenty of room for us and our two adult sons with privacy and space. Thanks for a great, great visit!!!
