QV Stays Central Stunner with Harbour Views

Honest Review, Valid Feedback - we would stay again! Positive: The view was incredible, perfectly aligned with a stunning outlook toward the Harbour Bridge. The apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing stay — clean, comfortable, and with a very cozy bed. We absolutely loved the amazing shower pressure and appreciated the smart TV. The space felt super lush from the moment we walked in, with complimentary tea and coffee provided. We truly appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine to help us celebrate our anniversary — such a thoughtful touch. Parking was included with the apartment, which was very convenient, and the communication with the booking agent was excellent. All instructions were clearly outlined at every step, making the stay seamless. We were also grateful for the early 10 a.m. check-in at no additional cost. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would happily stay again. Picking up of the key suoer easy, its literally across the road! Super convenient. Negative: Just a few points of feedback for improvement: Early check-in10am: We were advised about the early check-in only about 20 minutes before we could access the apartment. We didn’t see the notification until later, so we checked in at our usual time of 3pm, we live in the waikato, so if we were given a courtesy call regardind our apartment being availble earlier, this would of been amazing - so possibly this feedback can be used for other customers in future, im sure they too would like a call as well. Bottle of wine delivery: The complimentary bottle of wine was a very kind gesture and genuinely appreciated. However, it was delivered while we were not in the apartment, and we were not notified that someone would be entering our apartment during our stay. Although thoughtful, it would have been reassuring to know beforehand that access was required, or possibly having it be there prior to our arrival would have been an amazing experience when we first arrived. I understand that the managers of the apartment may have been busy, but I think a courtesy call would of also been greatly appreciated as well. Smoke alarm: The smoke alarm went off unexpectedly around 5:30 a.m. for no reason, which was quite disruptive. Bond payment: A bond was charged even though the booking had already been fully paid. While we understand holding a credit card on file is important, i think taking the additional $250 on top of the $600+ booking felt unnecessary. All these things are very minimal, and didn't ruin our stay. These were just some things that we feel could help with future bookings.
