Sehr empfehlenswert
Positive: Die Lage ist super. Zentral, mit Sicht auf den Hafen, Harbourbridge und Meer. Das Appartement ist gross und modern eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gross und mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet, könnte aber moderner sein im Vergleich zum Wohnraum. Auch die Bäder sind gross, könnten aber auch modernisiert werden.

We were pretty horrified to arrive to a very tired, run down property that promised so much and delivered a view only. O
Positive: The location and the member of staff who helped relocate us.
Negative: Filthy, falling apart, unhygienic. Blood stains on a bedroom door. Can supply photos (as I did to the managing agent) but pretty triggering so unless someone asks I’ll refrain. I normally would not complain but I wouldn’t want anyone else to have to deal with this like we did.

The view from the balcony was amazing!!! And the location made it so easy to walk wherever we wanted to go to meet for tours, go to restaurants, or catch the ferry! Definitely recommend!
