The location was fantastic, the 2 bedroom apartment was great value. Positive: The key instructions were perfect and easy to follow. Amazing views, showers had great pressure and hot water. Recommend and we will stay again. Maybe just some instructions for the tv as we found this confusing to start with, but we didn't watch much tv anyway as the balcony views were so nice. Communication was great, quick response. Thank you Negative: Having to leave once our stay was finished.

Sehr empfehlenswert Positive: Die Lage ist super. Zentral, mit Sicht auf den Hafen, Harbourbridge und Meer. Das Appartement ist gross und modern eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gross und mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet, könnte aber moderner sein im Vergleich zum Wohnraum. Auch die Bäder sind gross, könnten aber auch modernisiert werden.

We were pretty horrified to arrive to a very tired, run down property that promised so much and delivered a view only. O Positive: The location and the member of staff who helped relocate us. Negative: Filthy, falling apart, unhygienic. Blood stains on a bedroom door. Can supply photos (as I did to the managing agent) but pretty triggering so unless someone asks I’ll refrain. I normally would not complain but I wouldn’t want anyone else to have to deal with this like we did.
