QV Stays Gorgeous Hideaway with Spanish Charm

Great place but they require deposit and ID Positive: Lovely place with great character. Clean, comfortable, and extremely well located right next to the beach. Books and toys were left for my toddler which was really nice. The service from Quinovic was great in this instance. A really great place to stay in Auckland - highly recommend. Negative: The place is managed by Quinovic, who I've had a bad experience with in the past. They put a $800 hold on your card as a deposit and require a copy of your ID. This is not something I have ever had with an Airbnb or hotel - and it's not something I'd do again.

Positive: Location and proximity was fantastic. Negative: Wasn't clean when we arrived. Contacted host and this was sorted.

Clean and had all the necessary contents for a stay away from home.

Lovely sunny and light apartment minutes from beautiful beach Positive: Excellent location, comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Upstairs is lovely and light with view of the beach and beautiful trees from balcony. The downstairs bedroom is quite separate from the living area which suited a teenager. Negative: Upstairs shower-over-bath only suitable for very small people but downstairs shower was great. There was a bit of road noise but it’s not a busy street so fine. Balcony adjoins neighbours so not very private but great to have outdoor space. Note this property is managed by Quinovic and you have to accept their terms and conditions, including pre-payment in full (even when booking.com says only 50% required) and a deposit (not mentioned in booking.com) and have to send ID documents.
