Overall it was good Positive: Accessible and right in the middle of the city; the pier is quite close to the property Quite spacious and elegant Negative: There were urgent works conducted when we were there so we were not able to enjoy the balcony. It was a bummer but the QV management was quite responsive and was able to sort the issue…. The booking.com customer service tho was a bit bureaucratic and it was hard to get a hold of the booking.com customer service team by email

Apartment lovely bit very disappointed having workmen on the balcony and no access to balcony Positive: Apartment was beautiful, great location. Negative: There was work happening on balcony that we were not aware of, disappointing having windows taped up and not having any sea views

A perfect little slice of comfort and luxuriousness, at a good price. Positive: This was such a roomy, luxurious stay in the heart of Auckland. Perfect for couples, friends or family. Highly Recommend.

Overall is a good stay Positive: The management team is very friendly and easy to contact with. They really available 24/7. The apartment is in good size. Negative: We were unlucky as the balcony was covered for painting during our stay. The master room window and balcony door was sealed with plastic film too. There were people in the balcony and talking in the morning....... The bed is not very comfortable. TV in the bedroom is not a smart TV. Cookware needs to be upgraded. Carpark is hard to drive in and out. Our car was scratched.

L’appartement est rés spacieux, ce qui a permis aux enfants d’avoir assez d’espace pour s’amuser. Les enfants ont adoré Positive: J’ai tout apprécié : l’emplacement, le standing, la vue. Tout était parfait !
