Good location, Average appartment
Positive: Princess Warf is the ideal location.
Great views and amazing eateries close by. Friendly residents in other apartments. Secure building.
Negative: Photos don't accurately show which appartment as photos are of several different ones.
The apartment we got wasn't overly clean, very strong smell of cooking and stains on carpet. Old soap slivers in shower and sticky dust on wardrobe shelves.
Confusion over parking.
On a past stay at a different princess warf apartment, the parking was explained and allocated. This time, when we asked where to park, we were told there is no onsite parking, which is actually incorrect. You just need the Parkmate app, and you can organise parking right outside the front of the shed.

Beautiful and centrally located apartment.
Positive: It was a phenomenal location- very centrally located and beautiful view. It was lovely to sit on the deck and watch the harbor.
Negative: Not a thing.

Really good
Awesome view. Nice room. Amazing views. Comfy and i mean really comfy beds.
Only reason not 5 stars is the lift was undergoing maintenance and we had to go up and down 6 flights of stairs multiple times a day.

Unfortunately, Not as pictured Room 50
While the location was wonderful, there were many things that could be made better.
1. If you arrive outside of their "office hours" which doesn't include weekends-, you have to go to their office to get the key. Incredibly inconvenient if you are in an Uber with luggage.
2. The furniture looks like a dorm room, not a luxury apartment. There were no curtains in the living room, just worn roll down screens.
3. The second bedroom is anything but that, there is not even room to walk around the two twin beds. We had adult sons sharing an room and one had to sleep on the sofa.
4. The hall bath only has a bathtub NO shower, the master only has a shower, NO bathtub. My adult children do not take baths, therefore we all had to use one bathroom.
5. They disabled our keycards at 20 minutes prior to the 10:00 a.m. check out. My son when down to take out the trash as instructed (we should not have to be the maid service) and was locked in the stairwell. Since our cards were disabled we had to enlist the assistance of a very helpful maintenance man who rescued my son for us.
6. There were dead plants on the beautiful patio.
7. There was patches of drywall that were missing.
This was more of a dorm room than a luxury apartment.
Positives: The TV did not work at all the first day. When we got ahold of the office, they did send a maintenance person who was able to get it to work. The location was wonderful, but I do not recommend this apartment without significant upgrades.
