AWSA Waterfront Luxury

A great apartment with superb views that is comfortable and in a great location. Positive: An excellent location with many good restaurants nearby. The apartment was very spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. Negative: Initially getting into the property was a little tricky as due to having problems getting internet (since we were flying in from Sydney) I didn’t get the email detailing the process. However once I did all went very smoothly.

Great location, poor maintenance Positive: The location was fantastic, right on the water, next to the viaduct, where there are lots of activities during the weekend. The view front the unit was quite amazing. The unit was spacious, and the balcony was also large. We enjoyed the view, eating outside, and the fresh air very much. We were able to walk to many Key sites, such as waterfront, sky tower, Albert Park, and the Queen street shops. Negative: The smaller bedroom was quite small, there was not even space for a nightstand. No place to put cellphone. The back of the dining chairs all had varying degrees of looseness, we avoided sitting on them, fearing of falling. The cleaning crew was not thorough. We found the coffee pressor in the cupboard still with coffee liquid and coffee ground in it. Also, the hairdryer was very old and the handle felt very sticky. Many of these issues could have been addressed easily if the maintenance team had simply paid more attention to details. It would have been an amazing place.
