AWSA On the Water Luxury

Fabulous apartment Positive: Fabulous location and the agency that looks after this apartment was Excellent. Wonderful communication and a very minor error was quickly and easily rectified. Negative: If I had to be picky it would be the fact the keys are big on site to check in. They are a few blocks away in a look box would be so much more convenient if on site. Last thing you want to do late in the day is have to walk with your luggage 10mins to collect keys. If this could be changed then there is nothing I didn’t like!

We had a very enjoyable stay Positive: The location and view was fantastic. the lay out of the apartment was very easy to live in

We were disappointed with the Apartment we stayed at compared to last time! Positive: Location and view are great. Negative: Tricky car park to negotiate ...especially in a 7 seater SUV, only 2 x entry swabs for a 3 bedroom Apartment, NO WARDROBES, tiny ensuite bathroom, dated decor & facilities downstairs, OK upstairs...not like the Apartment we stayed in 3 years ago!!

Excellent location however room details need to be improved especially for what you pay. Positive: Excellent location, views and facilities. Negative: A potent smell hit you as soon as you walked through the front door and the toilet was constantly running with water. There is also no recycling bins.
