Positive: Great location, kitchen is fully stocked with appliances (even though we didn’t need them since our stay was short). Bathroom was large and spacious. Washer was handy. Patio was very nice.

Solid stay
Positive: Good space for a single person or couple. Clean new apartment, good location, had everything you needed. Comfortable.
Negative: Gets stuffy if you close the balcony window. Gets nosy if the balcony window is open at night. Other than that, it was great.
