Viaduct Harbour Views and Two Private Ensuites

Great location. Amazing views. Positive: Amazing views. Walking distance to viaduct and Wynyard quarter. Comfy beds.

The property was even better than the description and pictures! The location is as good as it gets, right at the harbour in the middle of everything. Coffee in the enclosed veranda as the sun rises and yachts depart - like something out of a movie. We used the gym and pool regularly, and a grocery store a few steps away. Stunning and wonderful in every way!

Would prefer to stay at Park Hyatt or Sofitel Positive: Views Negative: Locating the property was an issue Access to the elevator required navigating stairs, which is an issue with luggage Despite air conditioning ducts in all rooms, they were not functioning, therefore, had to rely on wall mounted unit which didn’t cool bedrooms Key fob stopped working on ground floor elevator

Excellent refreshing Positive: I like the location its cental , it was enough room for a family of 4 i stayed twice during my visit to NZ and both were good enough . Jamie was exceptional quick responsive .highly understaning. Dan and his team all good . Negative: Nothing . Its just that the harbour facing sometimes has Big ships docking right in front of the balcony and that feels like a sudden building just got built overnight :) but not a deal breaker the Modern stunner i stayed later had no such problem and was on more quiter side :) Overall excellent .
