Positive: Modern, proper standard for these days apartament. Very comfortable, having all facilities, even washing machine and dryer. Close, walking distance to Viaduct Harbour with all restaurants, bars, convenienece stores. Great service from staff. View from balcony to Harbour. Sound proof windows, so no noise from outside. Highly recommended for solo or couples travellers. Negative: All was perfect.

well run modern apartment with all you need for a few days and in a great location. Positive: Location is very walkable to all parts of the CBD. Area felt safe to walk alone. Apartment was very clean. The kitchen knives were sharp, a rare find. The elevators were very fast both to catch one and go up and down. Very little noise inside the apartment complex which is part of the chancellor hotel. The property management company was in good communication throughout arrival and departure Negative: unfortunately although on the sixth floor and facing the harbor, this apartment looks out across a very busy multiple lane traffic street. I had really wanted to have morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening out on the balcony but it was not very pleasant to sit out there with the noise, and the seats were wrought iron which are not comfortable for relaxing either. It is a bit noisy at night but I was ok with wearing earplugs. I am a light sleeper, and the noise level wasn't that bad so it probably wouldn't bother everyone. I rarely heard anyone in the units alongside me or over top of me even without earplugs, so that helped a lot getting sleep at night. Bed was a bit firm for m my liking but everyone has a different comfort level for bedding. overall very hard to fault this unit, it was a good stay and I would recommend it for solo travelers
