Beautiful Classic Home, but Many Inconveniences During Our Stay Positive: Good Location! Very Beautiful Classic House! Negative: The accommodation itself is a beautiful and classic home, but unfortunately, the process of staying here was very inconvenient. The property is located at 35 Hobson Street, but the key needs to be collected from 16 Market Place, while the car park is at 18 Wyndham Street. Having to collect the key from a different location and access the car park separately was quite inconvenient, especially when travelling with heavy luggage. There was no direct access from the car park to the accommodation, so we had to go outside and walk in the rain. Another major inconvenience was the lift. The lift only goes up to Level 7, while our room was on Level 8, meaning we had to carry our heavy luggage up another level by stairs. The Wi-Fi also seemed to be shared with the hotel downstairs and was very slow. There was no detergent provided for the washing machine, and the ironing board was broken. We stayed in New Zealand for 17 days and chose this accommodation for four nights, making it our longest stay in one place. Unfortunately, despite the home being beautiful and having a lot of character, it was the most inconvenient accommodation experience of our trip due to the access, parking, luggage, and facilities. With some improvements to the access arrangements and basic amenities, this could be a much more enjoyable place to stay.

Had a great stay and would definitely recommend Positive: Very spacious , luxurious and extremely clean. Negative: Nothing we didn’t like except the TV only had apps no local tv stations or free to air .

The pictures didn't exaggerate! Positive: The apartment was incredible! The beds were comfortable, the location was excellent, the apartment was very roomy and well equipped. The directions to collect the keys, park the car and access the apartment at first seemed tricky, but in fact, they were so clear and easy to follow. It is the best apartment we have stayed in! Negative: Nothing
