QV Water View 2 bedrooms Free Parking & WIFI - 749

Positive: Location Negative: Noise from the bars. Unfortunately that spoilt the experience. Would be great midweek but not weekends unless you are out partying

Location fabulous - the rest underwhelming Positive: Location Negative: Noice of bar/night club less than 10 from our room Tiny 2nd bedroom - not ideal for tall 3 adult. Pick up key not at hotel was very frustrating. Lobby staff couldn’t help as it was booked via booking.com & a third party management had keys. I wish I knew that before I booked Safe out of order not idea for a traveller

Amazing location and view but noise issues. Positive: Location is amazing right in the heart if Viaduct Harbour with an awesome view Negative: The second bedroom ended up being unusable as outside it was some sort of very noisy machinery, possibly aircon system. On Friday night one of the bars close by absolutely cranked up the music till 2.15am. It was incredibly loud in the apartment. The other week nights all was quiet after 9pm.

Positive: Location location location. WOW what a spot. Right in the viaduct and that view is STUNNING. Couldn't get a better location . Close to bars, pubs and restaurants. And lots of fast food options, kebabs, sushi train etc. Honestly the location of this couldn't be more perfect. Even though it's above bars etc the double glazing is INCREDIBLE, you can't hear a thing . And having a carpark included is also a huge upside. Very comfy bed. Negative: Pre check in process is a JOKE. No where is this stated that you need to send a selfie and a copy of your id. It says Id is needed at check in but that's not true. Just be aware if your staying here, you MUST send a selfie, and copy of both sides of your driver's license. You dont find out this information until AFTER you have booked. And This ISNT optional and if you dont then too bad, so sad you can't stay and you can't get a refund. Such a scam. All terms need to be upfront prior to taking someone's money. Kitchen is tired and for the price I would expect some better cups, not a random lot of mismatched and not even enough for the 3 people staying. Single bedroom is like a hobbit hole and the hot water cylinder is in a cupboard in the small bedroom and is so NOISY -( note I think this needs fixed) shower pressure terrible and take forever to get warm.

Disappointing for the price Positive: Location was good, great views & free parking Comfy bed in master Negative: Lack of coffee cups, only 1 x small coffee cup @ 1x tiny tea cup. Bed in second room very small no good for a 6’2 teenager, son couldn’t even hang feet over the end of the bed due to a partial wall at the end of the bed. Room had a smelt like a Chinese takeaway, smelt like needed a really good airing. Very expensive for what it was. Wouldn’t stay again. Check in was a few block away & no easy parking nearby so had to park on a loading zone.
