QV Stays Central Viaduct Harbour Apartment

friends visiting so close to everything perfect Positive: Great location when visiting Auckland. Very close to everything Negative: The little second bedroom was very stuffy and the window did not open. It could also do with a mirror in there and somewhere to hang your clothes. This door also squeaked everytime you opened and closed it The litte bathroom / toilet in hallway this door also squeaked everytime you opened and closed it.

Enjoyable. Positive: The view was amazing,and the size of the apartment was excellent. Also surprisingly sound proof. Negative: Slightly run down,no paring knife in the kitchen and a light bulb needed changing. Also would’ve been nice to know about the noisy extractor fan from next door. Fine when inside but ruins any sitting on the balcony. In saying that,the price was a bargain.

Lovely time away

Unfortunately we were not very happy with our stay, the apartment looks like it is lived in when not booked out. There are alot of scuff marks on walls. Dust everywhere and in vents. The heating doesn't work and it needs a deep clean. The veiw and the location was the only good thing. This property needs a good renovation for the cost per night. Not very happy with our family stay.
