The location suited us really well (we were going to a show at the ASB theatre) and walk everywhere Positive: A more specific instruction about the address to collect the keys would have been helpful. We had the address, but knowing it was on the corner of two streets would have helped. Inner city addresses are notorious for variable displaying of their actual street numbers. We had the Uber driver on hold for about 5 minutes (after midnight due to our plane arrival time) as we wandered up and down the street looking for the key location. Negative: 1) The shower mixer is really difficult to use and works in a contrary way to nearly every other shower mixer I've used. I think it needs adjusting as the action is so stiff. 2) The TV remote is difficult to use. At one point I thought it needed fresh batteries, but I don't think that's the problem. The ones we have at home are so much easier to use. Perhaps it's reasonable to consider a replacement.

High recommended modern apartment, perfect escape for a couple! Positive: Sensational location right in the CBD Auckland action. Lovely, good sized modern apartment with Incredible water and harbour views. Negative: No call outs
