Positive: Location, beautifully clean, felt like a home away from home

Lack of communication when keys don’t work to get him. Positive: Location Negative: Wrong fob keys placed in lock box. Waited and waited for them to retrieve right keys. No apology given. Instructions wrong on email on how to get in and no apologies . lacked communication . Chipped crockery.

It’s okay, but not for the price Positive: Good location if you want to be close to the viaduct. Nice to have a pool Negative: The rubbish bins weren’t emptied in our room when we arrived (we’re very full with lots of fruit flies). We had to pick up the key from a very busy part of the viaduct (about 15min walk away).

Easily accessible, comfortable & enjoyable. Positive: Very close to our desired venue, Victoria Park. Negative: 2nd floor, people can look into entire apartment

Positive: Apartment was very large and was nice and clean, Woolworths across the road and not too far from bars and restaurants. Building was very secure Negative: Not convenient at all to have to go to another address 1km away to collect the key. Also, only one key for two of us. We didn't realise this at the time of booking. As the building had security gates, if one of you went home early you had to either stay awake and dressed or get up and dressed again, as you have to go outside the building to the footpath to let the other person in, so not ideal. If you are staying together the whole time this is not an issue.
