Staff assisting from the corporate booking area were very nice and tried to help as much as possible. But I had requested parking initially and this had not been noted which then snowballed into a bigger problem. The property needs extensive maintenance and repair. I would not recommend.

Value for money Positive: It’s spacious and it has everything I need to make my stay comfortable. I was able to cool, wash my clothes over the 8-day work trip. Wifi was good and stable, I could work from the apartment if I’m not in the office. It’s in a well-appointed location on princes wharf, quick and easy walk to so many restaurants by the viaduct without the general noise associated with these busy areas. Negative: Nothing
