QV Stays Waterfront Suite with Views to Amaze

Positive: Location , views, size of the apartment Negative: There is no reception or person you could talk to during walking in and out representing QV. Keys had to be collected from a different location which can be challenging for first time visitors. Although staff is very responsive online, i wish it could be more convenient if keys could be collected from thr same spot.

Ideal location, a bit tricky to settle in but helpful staff. Positive: Perfect location and comes with a city parking spot. Negative: Instructions to get into the apartment & parking are a bit tricky to manage with luggage and kids in tow. The apartment was nice but no extra blankets on offer and we were all really cold at nighttime. The beds were really soft and uncomfortable and the bedding linen cheap. The lights above the bed also didn’t work. Could use an upgrade in the bedroom department. It was also quite a pain to deal with the garage, then doors and leaving the keys having to run them back up. Especially with kids.

The views from the apartment are lovely and the location meant there was no disruption from noise. Positive: The instructions as to where to collect the keys were detailed and easy to follow. We didn't use the car park so cannot comment about this. Having a full kitchen was a bonus. There is a grocery store within walking distance. The apartment is also close to the harbour restaurants and bars (but there was no noise from the ones on the ground floor of the block). Negative: Having to complete the information needed to gain access to the portal used by the host company was a bit of a faff but once done all the details within the portal were easily accessible and informative.
