Flawless, seamless, perfect 6 days in this picture perfect apartment Positive: I picked up keys from property management company which was about 15 minute walk to the apartment. They were very accommodating, kept our bags at their office until check in time. Very friendly and helpful. Apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. Clean, contemporary decor. Trust the photos in the property listing. Fabulous view. Fantastic location, easy walking distance to anything. Building has swimming pool, spa, hot tubs, gym, restaurant, and other facilities. My husband used them. We were in Auckland for him to convalesce following medical procedures in New Zealand. I LOVED the huge wrap around balcony! Apartment on 8th floor with water view in 3 different places through some of the high rises. Washer / dryer came in handy. This buildling is not crammed next to another high rise. It has a wide open, spacious ambiance. Fun to watch The Spark Arena lights changing color. Lovely sunrises. Don't hesitate. Snap up this place. You can't do any better for the price which I think should be higher. We would have paid double; it's worth it. Negative: I could not figure out how to work the glass flat top stove. No worries. I hate to cook. Only would have done for my husband, and we managed with microwave only.

Great location with a lovely view. Negative: Pity I had to travel to a different location to collect the key for the apartment.

I have stayed here before and it was equally enjoyable this time.

Great views friendly staff. Positive: The views were great, the hotel staff were great, the pool, gym all good. The rooms had everything you need and everything was comfortable. Negative: Given there was a kitchen it would have been great to have a few more things like oil, butter etc.

Exceptional and hosts extremely helpful and accommodating.
