A nice big apartment
Positive: The location was excellent, close to downtown. The apartment was big. It also had some views from the 8th floor to the harbour and surrounding buildings. The kitchen was well equipped.
Negative: We had some problems with the water, caused by the adjacent Hotel. It was NOT the fault of the owner.

Comfortable, modern apartment with balcony and view in central Auckland.
Positive: Great new and comfortable apartment with balcony and city views (even water views from afar).
Pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym were a nice plus. Apartment is located in central area and very conveninent. Parking was right in building.
Negative: I had to pick up keys from another location - which was a bit inconvenient.
Since this is an apartment in hotel - instructions where quite detailed, especially first time getting from parking to the apartment. There were no signs as to were to put the recycling when leaving - I finally found location in unmarked closet in parking garage in basement . That needs improvement - like a sign saying garbage/recycling.

Positive: Flight was late had to go to some dark corner of Auckland CBD which is very creepy at night. I tried to use the code for the lock box it did not work got the taxi driver to help no go. They had given me the wrong number very frustrating
