Sweeping Views - A Two-Bedroom Sanctuary

Disappointing experience! Positive: The apartment itself was well-presented and in a convenient central Auckland location. Negative: Our arrival experience was extremely disappointing and extremely upsetting! We received highly conflicting key collection instructions, with different addresses provided in the email and guest portal, and were unable to contact the property for assistance despite numerous attempts. After spending three hours driving between locations and trying to obtain support, we eventually received the correct information and gained access to the apartment. We also did not receive a clear response regarding a parking enquiry made before arrival. The extremely poor communication and check-in process significantly impacted the start of our stay. After trying to reach management for a response, we were served a blank sheet - No contact = No care on our feedback or complaint made. Shame on you QV Stays Apartments and your manager, Jonno Lum and partner, Estelle Lum. Try a little harder to care about your customers… PLEASE!

Excellent location, fantastic views, spacious accommodation, and great value, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Positive: We loved the central city location, which made it easy to get around Auckland. The free secure parking was a huge bonus, and the apartment had lovely views. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it a great place to relax after a busy day. We would happily stay here again.

Positive: Great accommodation! It was clean and spacious, with free Wi-Fi and parking. The free self-service laundry facilities were a big plus. Having two separate bathrooms was very convenient. We had a comfortable stay.
