Positive: Location was fantastic Negative: Seriously not being told about the work being conducted on the balcony and a bunch of workers showing up without notice. Located directly outside the main bedroom.

Positive: Scenery. Negative: Washing machine wasn't working had to wash towels at laundromat.

Family loved the apartment and would definitely recommend Positive: Great value and location, walkable to CBD, the Viaduct, the ferries and many other spots. Exceptional views. Great common room and kitchen. Having laundry room was huge convenience. Hosts were responsive, friendly and easy to contact. Negative: Only complaints 1) televisions are older and unable to stream media content 2) apartment was not furnished with tissue paper, paper towels or napkins

Exceptionally clean and comfortable, great central location. Positive: The property is very spacious for 4 adults and the location was perfect for everything we had planned to do during our stay in Auckland. Negative: Nothing!
