Great beds and clean.
Positive: The property was clean and very well decorated. The beds were very comfortable.
Negative: Would have liked a small inside dining table and chairs. Lounge was a little low.

Positive: The apartment itself was really spacious and well appointed. The experience was tainted by the following:
It was an apartment that was the furtherest from the lift and down a long corridor, a challenge for one of the group with walking difficulties. No warning of this.
We had a little trouble understanding the aircon but got it sorted with phone help. It would have been nice if it had been on (like other hotel rooms) or the curtains pulled to stop the sun streaming in. We were hit with a 30C blast after we made it down the long corridor.
We were hit with an almost shouting (capital letters) notice about parties and penalties. All we wanted was the WiFi info.
That notice should have been in the booking info. It made us feel very untrustworthy.
We really wish the checkin had been simpler as we were not used to cbd auckland and one way streets. The staff were nonplussed about that and we were made to feel it was our problem. We will mention it to the manager not - how can we help you.
There also was no warning about a $600 security bond after I had already paid the non refundable tariff. I didn’t turn out to be a problem but I was stressed that I had enough money in my account.
The parking was not as much of an issue as previous reviews - it was the other service that disappointed us.
We think the little things like the above really go a long way to making people want to use your services again. We won’t be.
