Great location Positive: Location close to port ferries restaurants stores Having laundry facilities in room was wonderful Building felt very secure Negative: Street noise was not great in room Parking spot was extremely tight Bathroom sink did not drain quickly took lots of time Bed was just a single mattress in bed frame not a real mattress set so not very comfortable
