Comfortable and convenient stay in central Auckland Positive: Location is great - walking distance to many spots around the city; lots of eateries & shops on high st which is just below the building, close to Uni of Auckland campus. Free and private parking. Great view! Negative: The check in process or key collection is complicated and key collection location is on a different street to the accom. Easy to get confused by the instructions. The interior of the apartment could do with some updating and refreshing.

An ideal location in the city centre, and excellent value Positive: Great location, views, spacious and comfortable bed. Negative: Kitchen is tired but OK. Collecting keys from a place 10 mins away was a nuisance.

Not bad for alternative accommodations whilst home being repaired Positive: Location, pool Negative: Only one towel and sheet change over a long stay. No other clean

Positive: Location is great, right in the city centre close to restaurants anf and shopping. Negative: The key pickup was complicated and i had to ring up for help. The lockbox identification sticker was not clear enough in the key room. Wish it was more straightforward. The shower pressure was weak and water dribbled out... Housekeeper should have checked that before we checked in.
