Location and view made up for any shortcomings Positive: Location and the view was amazing Negative: A little it dated. Bathrooms grouting needed cleaning

Positive: The apartment and views were excellent, it had everything we needed. Within walking distance of restaurants, shops, ferries and trains. We had an amazing stay in this apartment. Negative: Nothing really. We had one minor issue during our stay which was dealt with really quickly and the free bottle of bubbles was very much appreciated.

Came to Auckland to visit a girlfriend and we booked this unit which was a good choice. Positive: Location and views...easy walk to everything very lively area with lots going on lots of choices when it comes to cafes. Walking distance to Ferry building, liked that the unit came with parking. Negative: Found finding the parking spot that went with the building was confusing, we ended up having to ring the office and have them guide us to the correct shed but in saying this the parking location was excellent.

This is an outstanding location and a lovely apartment.

Positive: Great views clean and great value. Negative: No coffee plunger. Parking space difficult to find. Instructions not very easy to follow.
