High-Level Historic 1 Bed with Stunning Views

Spacious, well appointed apartment in great location with stunning views. Positive: This property is in a fantastic, central location with stunning views from the port, across the city to the parkland. The apartment was spacious, well stocked with appliances and utensils and the bathroom provides both bath and rainfall shower. There was a plentiful supply of hand wash, shampoo and conditioner plus enough tea, coffee and milk to get you started. Amenities were all very close by and easily accessible. Negative: Everything was fine - can't think of any improvements needed.

Negative: The Booking.Com advert mislead you to think it was operated as part of the hotel that I've stayed in dozens of times. It was not. The room was not serviced.

Building exceeded expectations, highly attentive hosts. Positive: Communication is top notch. Even replied to me in minutes at 8pm when I could work the oven (my fault). Finding the keys for self checkin is straight forward. Room matches the description with a nice view of Albert Park and a little bit of sea view. The building itself exceeded expectations. Very nice and well-appointed. The Pool, gym, sauna and two spas were excellent. There are also building staff onsite (not employees of the host) who gave local advice. Location is perfect. Not much in CBD that you can't walk to in 5 mins max. But also a bit of a quiet block off the main drag. Negative: You do have to go to a separate location 10 mins walk from the apartment to collect the keys. This is likely a building security rule rather than the Host's decision. It just means you can't get a taxi straight to the accomodation. But at least you don't have to return the keys when you checkout.

Muy bueno Positive: Muy linda vista, ubicación perfecta sobre un barrio con bares y restaurantes, cerca de todo. El lugar funcionó perfecto, todo muy limpio. Había que ir a buscar las llaves a otra parte primero, y fue muy fácil el proceso. Hubo muy buena comunicación con personas del alojamiento. Negative: Es un poco complicado entender la entrada al hotel, unas personas que estaban ahí nos ayudaron.
