Very enjoyable, would suggest with locating appt. level 4 from the lift should be added. Positive: Location, view from balcony. Space within appartment.

“Out and about with Joma” Positive: Communication with the host and their team was excellent throughout the entire time—they were always quick to reply and very helpful. The location and view are absolutely amazing, and though it was an extra cost having a safe place to park the car was a huge plus. My disappointments as below were expressed to the host/team with photos prior to my departure as i felt such attentive hosts deserved heads up prior to my review Negative: "The bathrooms were a major disappointment and lacked basic maintenance, there were clear hygiene issues. The ensuite shower had visible mould on the walls and a significant buildup of gunk in the shower drain. To make matters worse, the toilet brush and holder were rusty and broken. The main bathroom was also in poor condition with a toilet seat that kept moving making a person feel uncomfortable using it, the toilet roll holder kept falling off and there was no grate in the basin—which resulted in me losing a toothbrush down the drain. The walk-in robe also felt outdated. "For the premium price I was happy to pay, I expected a much higher standard of accommodation. Beyond the maintenance issues in the bathrooms, the kitchen was poorly stocked—there weren't enough wine glasses available or entertainment dishes for a nice evening and the only outside table was broken. It’s the small details like this that make a stay feel worth the cost, and unfortunately, this fell short." Happy to review again if given the chance

Positive: Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'emplacement, la vue de l'appartement, la sécurité et le calme de l'immeuble. C'était globalement propre et les lits étaient confortables. Point fort aussi la réponse rapide et agréable de l'agence à nos questions via Booking (pour obtenir le code WIFI par exemple). Negative: L'appartement fait un peu vieillot et l'éclairage n'est pas optimal. Il n'y a pas de machine à café, le micro-onde ne fonctionnait pas et le sèche-linge non plus à cause d'un problème de porte. La chambre parentale (lit double) et enfants (lits simples) avaient été inversées. Ça manque un peu de confort intérieur. C'est dommage mais dans l'ensemble nous y avons passé un très bon séjour de 3 nuits à 4.

Positive: Location, size of apartment. Negative: Just like 2 years ago, fungus in the bathroom, rusty toilet holder; just not well-maintained, unfortunately.
