Positive: Location, size of apartment.
Negative: Just like 2 years ago, fungus in the bathroom, rusty toilet holder; just not well-maintained, unfortunately.

Location, views, comfortable - nothing not to like.
Positive: Outstanding location right at the Viaduct and city centre so close to loads of bars and restaurants. Great view over the harbour. Very comfortable apartment.
