Great stay on The Strand Positive: The location was great. Had a private car park for the apartment, which was very good. Didn't have to pay for parking or worry about it on the road. The apartment had swimming pools and gyms, which could be used. Great swim. The apartment was a good size and all the facilities were good and usable. Nice lounge and dining area to relax. The kitchen was well equipped with all cooking stuff and a clean fridge/freezer to use. Bedrooms were good size with plenty of storage. Negative: The bed in the larger room was too hard for our liking, and the other bed was too small for 2 people. Luckily, our kids didn't mind sharing.

Positive: Location was perfect for our needs. Negative: Access to the property was a challenge, but QV were fantastic fixing that problem. Water pressure kept popping the shower heads off the hose in both bathrooms.

Overall it’s nice and clean and perfect fit for 3 not 4. Positive: It’s clean and got everything you need . Negative: Bed are large double and double which really not fit 4. We were 2 Adults with 2 kids and struggled to sleep in allocated bedding for 4. No spare blanket apart from standard quilts. We stayed in 606 and heating in sitting area was not working.

Memorable but not is a good way. Positive: The two staff (Bex and Dan) I dealt with did their best. Negative: We were given keys for the apartment and tags to access the main entrance, garage etc. My whole family(2 adults/2 kids) went out to dinner one night. Came back the tags weren't working. We had to wait outside in the rain with 2 young children for over 45 mins. The apartment staff couldn't get hold of the building manager. We tried as well and the alternate number provided had someone who had no clue. If it were my husband and I, I wouldn't have had this many issues but I had young kids and they were scared. My youngest in her nervousness had to go toilet and thought we were homeless. One of the staff members mentioned earlier, managed to get a resident to let us in but this could have been avoided if the tags were checked before it was given to us because from my previous interaction I assume the apartment was empty from a couple days before we rented it. And secondly, the building manager should be readily available if he is going to provide his contact details for any emergencies or someone who is aware of what they are talking about. Because of this experience the rating is low.

Nice time away Positive: It was a nice size apartment with good facilities. The beds where nice and comfy with a good kitchen area. We loved the hot tub when we found it. Negative: There wasn't much information on where to find the hot tub and pool etc... but we found them in the end at the end of the parking lot.
